Dubai Solo Spread the Tolerance across Europe Inspired by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum EXPO 2020 theme, Connecting Minds and Creating a Future, Dubai Solo, a team of well-educated and professional riders crossed 6 countries in Europe using their motorbikes to convey the UAE’s values of tolerance, acceptance and peaceful coexistence in a modern UAE whose vision is to connect with all mankind despite race, color and religion.
AL WADI HOLDING sponsored Dubai Solo’s initiatives and supported their journey as part of its’ Corporate Social Responsibility program. Mr. Ayman Al Wadi, Group Executive Chairman noted, “These types of initiatives are essential to building relationships with like-minded individuals and organizations to promote not only the values of tolerance and acceptance but to bring an awareness of the UAE’s history of tolerance and peace in the region.
The Arab Culturalist and Dubai Sky Dive also supported Dubai Solo’s journey. Mr. Nasif Kayed, Founder and CEO of the Arab Culturalist commented that “EXPO 2020 will position Dubai as the pinnacle of connecting minds, a new era of building bridges and connecting humanity to solve our complex global challenges.
The first step to connecting is getting to know one’s self and then getting to know those around you. The Dubai Solo did just that.” The initiative took the riders two weeks, crossing 5 countries in Europe starting from Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and ended in France, covering 7000 Kilometers.
They met numerous people throughout their journey spreading peace and creating awareness of the values of the UAE and the many nationalities that coexist within its’ borders.
